Palliative care in practice:
I have been working in the department since 2016, first as an ambulance, then from 2018 as a nurse. In fact, the care of patients here hospitalized immediately addressed me when I was here for a week internship. It was a completely different level of care for patients and dying patients. There was no rushing any examination, visits could come at any time, and if they wanted it, they could have been with their loved ones overnight. That made me and still makes sense and fills me.
