LADIES & MOMS in shape 🔆
Spring is just around the corner and that's why I would like to brush up on the outdoor morning lessons 🔅focused on FITNESS and HEALTHY movement.
🟡 Every Thursday from 8:30
🟡 meeting: playground next to the observatory on Kraví hora in Brno. (https://mapy.cz/s/fucosolage)
🌻 Especially for mothers with children, but you can certainly join without children 🙋♀️🔅.
🟡 price: 180 CZK.
🟡 bring a jump rope (if you have one), a towel, a mat and don't forget to smile:)
I'm looking forward to it. Zuz
