We cordially invite you to a DanceAbility lesson for the general public, which everyone can participate in, regardless of their dance experience and movement capabilities. We welcome seniors and people with disabilities to DanceAbility lessons. Everyone can dance!
DanceAbility is a globally recognized inclusive dance method focused on movement improvisation.
Come to an environment where every participant is seen as full and equal, whether they are a beginner, an exercise professional or a person with a disability.
Come free from the view of who for whom is dance and what is the aesthetics of movement, come learn to find the beauty of movement in naturalness and authenticity.
How does the lesson take place?
The lesson includes individual warm-up, exercises in pairs, small groups and common improvisation of the whole group. We learn how to recognize and follow our inner interest and desire to move and improvise rather than copying prescribed movements. We discover and find movement that is pleasant for our body. We develop bodily perception in contact with others.
The DanceAbility method allows you to experience a feeling of joy and belonging to a group, freedom of movement and stepping out of your usual ways of moving and thinking. We perceive movement as a language through which we can share our inner world and its beauty with others. We are learning to find the common language of the group.
The lesson will be led by certified lecturer Jitka Mozorová, who studied this method in Vienna.

The space has barrier-free access. There is no disabled toilet inside.
Entrance fee:
public: 400 CZK
seniors, people with disabilities: 200 CZK
clients of residential social services: free entry
