About event
We cordially invite you to the danceability of the lesson.
Come to an environment where each participant is perceived as full and equal, be it a beginner, a movement professional or a person with disabilities. Is the lesson includes individual warm-up, exercises in pairs, small groups and joint improvisation of the whole group. We learn how to recognize and follow our inner interest and the desire to move and improvise rather than copy the prescribed movements. We discover and find a movement that is pleasant to our body. We develop physical perception in contact with others. We perceive movement as a language through which we can share our inner world and its beauty with others. We learn to find a common language of the group. - seniors and people with physical disabilities are welcome :)
Admission to the event is free!
