If you are interested in Taoist philosophy and you like movement, at this seminar we will connect them and thus literally embody Taoist philosophy.
The summer issue will be dedicated to strong yang energy – the phase of the year when yang reaches its peak. Summer is a time of expansion, movement, joy and openness. However, precisely at the time of maximum yang, it is important to learn to consciously ground, cool and harmonize this force. We will work with conscious withdrawal of yang energy into the lower tan-tchien and into the Earth. We activate the Crane quality - lightness, alertness and inner stability. Through standing on one leg, we will awaken deep inner work with stability, rootedness and subtle strength.
