About event
Daniel Freire
Daniel Freire is a young prodigy of 19 years, recognized for his exceptional ability on Portuguese guitar and the innovative fusion between fado and various contemporary musical genres.
His career began early, at age 16, when he performed at the Casa da Música in Porto, marking the beginning of an artistic journey that has been gaining recognition.
Daniel has captivated the audience with its originality and talent, mixing the soul of fado with modern influences, creating a unique sound that resonates with both traditional fado admirers and new generations. On March 8, accompanied by instrumentalists who promise to be a real surprise, Daniel Freire will take the Variety Theater stage in Lisbon for his debut concert in the city, integrated in the first edition of the Portuguese guitar festival, a production from the Fado Museum | Lisbon Culture and Ghude.
