Through practical activities and group reflection, participants will examine the possibilities of creating alternative work models that go beyond individual interests and contribute to the construction of the community. distributions within the framework of cultural production. His artistic practice focuses on exploring alternative economies, socially progressive models of work in culture, participatory practices and self -organization. Over the past 15 years, he has created a number of works in the field of visual art, performance and activist practices. His recent projects focus on long -term, process, collaborative work with the inclusion of various social groups. He participated in many collective events, interventions and organizations, contributing to the development of alternative ways of artistic and social engagement. It is also one of the founders and active members of temporary work teams such as Additional-Supplementary Classes (2017-2018), Minipogon (2018-2023) and working groups of the Serbian Association of Fine Artists-Ulus (2019- 2023). Collaboration, Horizontal Relationships in Work Processes, Reconciling Equality With Individual Talent, and Alternative Models for Social and Economic Distribution Within Cultural Production.
