Danza somatica. La vía del cuerpo al ser

Somatic dance workshop: the body as a way as it is

This workshop is an invitation to remember the power of the body as a path of transformation and liberation. Our body keeps memories, emotions and traumas that cannot be released from the mind, because they were born and were registered in it. The body knows what the mind does not understand, and it is through its language - the language of the unconscious - that we can access a deeper healing.

On this trip we will work with the meaning and authentic movement, exploring beyond the automatic and shell patterns that we have built with the personality and ego. When opening to new ways of moving, we also create new neuronal connections, and with it changes our way of perceiving and inhabiting the world.

During the workshop:

• We will connect with the deep listening of the body.

• We will explore the movement as a bridge to the unconscious.

• We will travel through the chakras and elementary energies, recognizing the dance of the masculine and the feminine in us.

• We will pass from an individual work to a collective and connection with the group, opening a meeting and communion space.

In this workshop we will not only dance, but we will cease to be the ones who dance to become the dance itself, allowing the same to happen in life: stop controlling and allowing life to live us.

This space is open to all people who wish to work on the body, experimenting dance medicine and opening to the possibility of inhabiting a more free, authentic and full way.
