Das Klassentreffen '25

PAKCon is now Das Klassentreffen—Europe’s most practical operator event, focused on the networking Berlin’s scale-up scene needs.

Operator Insights. Real Connections. One Night Only.

Berlin’s scale-up leaders rarely end up in the same room. And when they do, it’s usually at overly scripted panels or stiff conferences, where no real conversations happen.

Das Klassentreffen flips that. You’ll join Europe’s top founders, builders, and operators who’ve actually scaled companies - not just talked about it - for four unfiltered sessions on what’s working right now in Tech, AI, Commercial, and People. No buzzwords. No sales pitch.

But the main event comes after: an afterparty packed with scale-up drivers from across Europe, an all-evening flat rate on selected drinks, and networking that happens naturally because everyone’s on your level.

No stiff name-tag handshakes. No “let’s circle back” nonsense. Just one evening, one city, and all the right people in the right room.
