About event
How is Ms. Šumava living? And how are ghosts created on it? According to one of the theories of the painter and connoisseur of Šumava ghosts, Josef Váchal, they arise from human passions... and this is also the story of Rusalka from the Otter River...
In the author's ecological interactive fairy tale, Mrs. Šumava tells her story: she remembers the arrival of the first people and their noise, which drove away the rare owl, the white owl.
Will the ornithologist Josef help him return, or will he be seduced by Rusalca's seductive singing?
Come with us to the Šumava meadows and groves eaten away by drought, bark beetles and tourist raids and experience a story about human desire and the cycle of life... Can a person live in harmony with nature? Should he interfere with it, or will nature take care of itself?
The fairy tale works with live music, masks, puppets and with insight and humor puts important topics of the present (such as ecology or human relationships) into understandable situations and colorful images, making it accessible even to the youngest of us.
