Do you also sometimes feel a lot? Everything at once? Do you feel like you could explode? And if you explode, do you want to disappear? And if you disappear, where do you go? Are your emotions gone? And how do you emerge afterwards?
Kees certainly knows this. She never feels a little, but always a lot. Then it looks like she's wearing earmuffs, then her head starts smoking and everything spins. She explodes. And not only her, her mother also has that from time to time.

When Kees explodes, she is simply not there for a while. But not everyone always understands that well. Fortunately, she has her stones, she always carries them with her, so she is never alone. Her stones are her friends. They help to sort out her emotions a bit. Like, for example, the stone: Friend perhaps.

But then, how do you emerge again after such an explosion? And how do you and the people around you deal with such an explosion? The performance shows what happens when you put emotions into perspective and shows that occasionally exploding is not a bad thing at all. Time and space often solve the problem on their own.

Kees' Keos is a performance for anyone who explodes sometimes. Because feeling so much is quite difficult and creates chaos, “keos”. But feeling so much is also extremely special.
