On the day of the competition, we will draw a "spider", i.e. we will divide the teams into pairs, in which they will compete against each other in the first round. From the first debating round, 4 teams that won their "duels" advance to the semi-finals, in case of full participation of 8 competing teams. In the final, the 2 best teams will fight for the win in the entire competition.

On the day of the competition, you will draw a topic from the pre-created range of debate topics/theses, and then you will discuss this topic depending on whether, based on the lot was assigned an affirmative or negative opinion. The topic/thesis and opinion will be drawn before each round. The competition will take place on the basis of a spider, so if you do well, you will debate up to 3 different topics!

We will publish the debate rounds on Saturday 2 November so that you have enough time to think over your debate strategy and arguments. arguments of the other team. These and other aspects will be evaluated by judges from among the teachers or students of doctoral programs at our faculty.
