Breath is an indispensable life function for us. Without food, one can survive a month, without sleeping a week, but without breath only a few minutes. Our rushed lifestyle makes our lungs to be able to fully use our lungs. We breathe superficially and we only use the lung capacity of about thirty percent. Poor breathing is gradually increasing between the population of both physical and mental illnesses. One of them is the winning breath.
The lecture will include short demonstrations. Participants will have the opportunity to try their breath and better understand the importance of breath in our lives.
Price: 200 CZK (in cash)
