About event
I invite you to a JUICY BREATH TASTING, which will show you new connections in your body and kick you into breathing practice.
What awaits you at the workshop?
👃 2.5 hours of THEORY AND PRACTICE, i.e. brief basics of functional breathing: biochemistry, biomechanics, breath cadence, incl. breathing in sleep. You will try 4 breathing techniques, but above all you will test the quality of your breathing on your own skin.
👃 you will get an insight into functional breathing and experience your aha moments
👃 you will taste my support: if you make a mistake, I will correct you
👃 you will get materials and technique procedures for your own home practice
