Brazilian coffee in the main role: Come and enjoy all the tones of Brazil!
Kino Brasil and mamacoffee (Café Pod Lipami) invite you to a lecture about Brazilian coffee, 20/10 from 18:00. You will learn about the joys and worries of farming and the traditional cultivation of Brazilian coffee, but also about new approaches to cultivation, harvesting, drying and the subsequent coffee trade. The lecture will also include a tasting in the form of cupping, which is a complex form of tasting coffee, with the possibility to focus on its taste notes and undertones. Anyone can handle this form of tasting, all you need are taste buds.
At mamacoffee, they have been working with the Brazilian farmer Paulo Toledo for a long time, whom they have personally visited many times in Brazil, so they know the process of growing coffee and its processing in great detail.
