About event
Together with his girlfriend Terka, Vítek manages vineyards with an area of 2.5 hectares in Vrbic and Brumovice. Because of their love for nature, they work in the vineyards mainly by hand and according to ecological procedures. They collect nettles, horsetails and other herbs themselves, which they use to prepare their own biodynamic preparations.
Before Vítek started winemaking in the Czech Republic, he traveled almost all over the world. He worked with important winemakers in Australia, New Zealand, California and France. Thanks to these experiences, he has created his own distinctive style, which he puts into the wines.
Their wines are characterized by their purity and are produced without chemicals. Most of the wines are aged for more than a year in oak barrels, and since Vítek loves bubbles, they also make Pet-nat and work on their own sparkling wines. At the tasting, you will be able to taste the mentioned sparkling wine in an exceptional way.
