Viticulture and winemaking were founded in 1995 by Ing. Milan Pavelka. He used his many years of experience in the field of grape growing and wine production, as well as continuing the tradition of his ancestors, in his family winery.
Since his children also got winemaking blood into the vineyard, they accompany him in his life's work and the fulfillment of his dream, hand in hand and with his wife. In 1997, Pavelka® wine received the first state control mark, which only confirmed the exceptional position of the winery on the Slovak market.
Since then, Pavelka® wine has been a guarantee of first-class quality and gives a chance to get to know the terroir of the best of the Small Carpathians. Winery PAVELKA A SYN, s.r.o. today he manages 50 ha of his own vineyards in the heart of the Malokarpattia wine region in Pezinek, 5 ha of which he renews and improves every year.
