Baynach winery from Bojničky we will welcome for the first time in our Vieche on profile tasting. They lie on the southern foothills of Považský Inovec, south of Hlohovec and east of the river Váh. From the perspective of the wine -growing division of Slovakia, it is precisely the northeastern tip of the Small Carpathian wine region and wines from this microregion benefit from significant features from a specific climate, subsoil, but especially soil conditions. The loess-lined soils give the wines "from behind the Váh" interesting and in the result pleasant parameters and dimensions.
Baynach winery manages more than 50 hectares of its own vineyards and follows the long tradition of vine growing in this area. The species is particularly focused on more traditional varieties, but this does not prevent the variety of supply and clients are also addressed by its multi -family cuvée.
