European Cultural Heritage Day
The theme of this year is "architectural heritage. Windows to the past, the door to the future". It emphasizes the link between the past, presence and future of architectural heritage. We will therefore look at what rarities we have in Stupava, we look at the park and the manor house. We will also look at such a self-evident thing as the windows, what functions they perform and what rare windows we have in Stupava :-)
11.00 History of a small park and manor house in Stupava/Ing. arch. Ivan Klas
Word and image we will walk through the history, development and attractions of a small park and mansion in Stupava. We will clarify the context and their impact on the lives of the inhabitants of Stupava in the past and present. Entry for a voluntary contribution.
14.00 windows to the past and future/Ing. arch. Ivan Klas
We look at the windows in the architecture of Stupava, their meaning and development from history to the present. We will talk about why we have windows, which they serve and serve in the monuments or rare spaces in Stupava.

18.00 Kaštieľska dinner/experience gastro evening/Makovice
Come with us to enjoy history and good food in the beautiful spaces of the historic greenhouse in a small park. The dinner will include modern versions of noble dishes, which were also grown in our greenhouses, wine tasting and accompaniment of the history of this national cultural monument.
