About event
If you are interested in how the radio is done or how difficult the work of the moderator is, then arrive in our Karlín building. As part of the Open Day and Open House Prague festival, we will make it available to the general public for the whole weekend. With the program manager, webeditor or reporter, you can look into the broadcast studio, climb the legendary studio along the three -arm staircase, or you can relax in the Garden with the gazebo. Information about the building:
Czech Radio is located in the postsecesic classicist house by architect Josef Sakara, the plastic decoration was attended by sculptors Antonín Štrunc and Otakar Rákosník. Guided tours by the Karlín National House, which was built as a place for meeting and cultural activities of local citizens, at first glance, captivates their impressiveness and generosity. There were a garden restaurant with a café, a playroom, a bowling hall, a wine bar, a winter billiards, halls with a stage and a federal room.
