We invite you to the Open Day of the UPJŠ Botanical Garden, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and to the Botanical SWAP of plants from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
What is SWAP? It is an exchange of plants, cuttings, seedlings and seeds of indoor and garden plants. You can take as many plants as you bring to exchange. Many of us like to grow and propagate plants or have a plant that we don't want anymore and this SWAP is the perfect opportunity to share our crops. Maybe you'll even find the one you want, which you can't get anywhere else!
Each SWAP visitor will receive a package of mycorrhizal mushrooms from our sponsor Symbiom or a sample of fertilizer from Rokosan as a gift. This offer is valid while supplies last.
SWAP will take place either in the gazebo or in the building depending on the weather. Entry to SWAP and the botanical garden is free.
SWAP takes place between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and you can come and exchange plants at any time during this time.
PROGRAMME:
at the time of DOD (9-17h):
- sale of beaded handmade brooches
- sale of seasonal plants from the Urban Greenery Administration
- Cactus Club and Citrus Club - sale of plants and advice
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in collaboration with @tat.rajakvarel, everyone will be able to try painting a flower with the watercolor technique under expert supervision and take away such a nice and original souvenir home.
