A unique event that combines women's health, beauty and inner balance.
In cooperation with La Luna, Hair Therapy Bratislava, Another Sphere and GYN-FIV, we have prepared a day dedicated to the care of the body, skin and female soul - from the point of view of beauty and medicine.
The ANOTHERsphere workshop offers a view of beauty as a balance between body, mind and soul. Participants will learn face training and conscious beauty rituals that support a healthy, firm and naturally radiant appearance of the skin.
Hairtherapy workshop connects hair care with a woman's inner health. It will focus on the effect of hormonal balance, stress and nutrition on the quality of hair and scalp and will also offer the possibility of scalp analysis.
We will also talk about fertility and prevention, how to protect and support it, and why it is important to perceive the body as a whole. There will also be an AMH measurement on site, which will tell you how many eggs you still have left 🥚
The event takes place live in La Luna Bratislava and in the form of a livestream.
