About event
On the last Saturday in March, in our zoo in Malá Chuchle, it will belong to all birds and their supporters. 🙂 On the occasion of the International Bird Day, which is celebrated all over the world every year at the beginning of April, we invite you and your children to a fun bird afternoon.
🐦 Den Birds 2025
📅 📅 29. March 2025, from 14:00 to 16:00
📌 in Zookout in Malá Chuchli
🦅 About fearless predators
🦆 or about those bird species that love water so much that they do not move from it to one wing. 🙂
You can also take a quiz bird trail in the zoo or see the live representatives of the bird world who found a spare home in the zoo because of some of their permanent handicap (Zookoutek acts as a detached workplace of our Prague rescue station).
******************************************
International Bird Day was first celebrated more than 110 years ago, 1 April 1906, on the occasion of signing an international convention on useful birds. The main objective of the celebration is to draw attention to the public that threatens birds around the world and help with the protection of their habitats.
