Butchers Day is back! 🍻
Come with us again after years to celebrate the craft of butchery! After a longer break, 5 renowned butchers are returning to Bokovka's backyard, which pride themselves on a truly honest approach to meat and offer you traditional and non-traditional specialties.
They are already sharpening their knives:

At 14:00 you can also look forward to a commented competition in cutting and preparing meat with Mirek Panuška, the founder of Bohemian Butchers, and Monika Remeš, who will represent us at the Butchery Olympics in Paris in March 2025. They will compete together while preparing specialties that will then be auctioned off for charitable purposes.

And why Den butchers?
In 1310, not far from Naše masa, butchers helped King John of Luxembourg cut a path to Prague. He gave them the Czech lion as his coat of arms.
