🌷 Day of healthy relationships is a thematic day that Slovak schools can organize with the support of n. o. Intymyta to educate young people in the topics of health and safety.

We will also talk about the workshop:
👉 How the online world affects our self -worth
👉 How to maintain safety and recognize credible resources
👉 How to communicate borders, protect your privacy or show affection safely
👉 Emotions in the online environment (in short clear methodology)

The workshop participants will also receive documents and materials to keep the day of healthy relationships at their school themselves.

Intymyta is a Slovak non -profit organization that has been involved in relationship and sexual education for 33 years and spreading awareness of respect, safety, health and consent, and helps to promote healthy and respectful behavior in everyday life and cyberspace.
Intymyta creates educational materials, methodologies, organizes educational events with the support of experts and experts from the fields of medicine, psychology, gynecology, pedagogy, sexual pedagogy and others. It is part of the working group of curricular reform, which has developed the objectives of relationship and sexual education entering into force from 2026.

👩‍🏫 Zuzana Bendíková - sexual pedagogue and Executive Director of Intymyta. He is currently involved in the innovation of relationship and sex education methodologies, the provision of education for youth and adults and writing a comic book for teenagers on the matrix of relationship and sex education. Zuzana studied sexual pedagogy in the Austrian Society of Sexual Sciences and gathered her pedagogical experience during the Teach for Slovakia program and volunteering for various non -profit organizations working with the topic of relationships and sexuality. She worked for the preparation of the workbook of relationship and sex education for the first degree. She worked as an assistant professor for the Education Center at the Bratislava International School of Liberal Studies (BISLA), in which she participated in the preparation and implementation of support systems for students and teachers at the university. She graduated in the field of sociology and a course for training of relationship and sexual education. Led optional introduction courses to gender and introduction to bisla sexuality. Number of seats is limited.
