About event
In the evening with ceremonial cocoa
we invite you to the evening dedicated to calming, harmony and deep connection with our own nitra. Together we will create a space to stop, tune in to your intentions and recharge new internal forces.
Ceremonial cocoa, a sacred drink with a long history, will guide us through this way. It will help us open our hearts, deepen relaxation and connect with our deeper feelings and visions. In today's hectic times, the connection to itself is the key to finding balance and inner peace.
This ritual is an opportunity to stop, tune in to your intentions and strengthen their determination. Together, with the support of the group and the power of cocoa, we create an environment for personal growth and spiritual enrichment.
What awaits you?
Ceremonial cocoa that will support us in connection with our heart and opening the heart.
The Tibetan bowl and chimes Shanti, whose harmonizing sounds and vibrations will promote deep relaxation and peace of mind.
Yoga Nidra - a deep relaxation technique that will guide you through the state between waking and sleep, helping to calm the mind and regenerate the body.
sharing in a safe circle where you can connect to the Group's energy and open up the fine force of the joint connection.
This evening is space for peace, stop and find Inspiration on your journey through life. In a pleasant atmosphere, we will work with breath, sound and gratitude to create harmony and deep connection.
