About event
The former hunting garden of the emperor has been a public park since the 19th century and today shows history.
The Baroque Augarten was created by Emperor Joseph II at the end of the 18th century. Originally used as a hunting garden, this garden was only open to the imperial society.
Since the park was opened at the end of the 18th century, the garden is one of the largest facilities in the 2nd Viennese municipal district.
