Location: Bezirkszentralbibliothek Pablo Neruda, Frankfurter Allee 14 A, Berlin - Bezirk Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg
About event
Do you want to live more sustainably but don't know how? Luckily, there are many places in Berlin where we can find out what sustainability is all about. We want to start now - very practically - to discover our own abilities and develop skills so that we can live sustainably even under adverse circumstances.
"I often stand in front of the shelf when I'm shopping and can't decide:
Do I take the (expensive) sustainable product or the non-sustainable product again. It would be great to be able to simply say: Stop! I'll just do it myself!"
Easier said than done? To make it work, we are offering five permanent workshops as part of the “Sustainable Saturday” series to practice the most important basic skills in practice:
* Baking, cooking & fresh food
* Wood workshop
* Textile workshop
* Digital workshop
* Garden workshop
22. November 2025 // 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Pablo Neruda District Central Library
- Free entry
- No prior registration required
- No previous knowledge required
- Also suitable for families
