👉What will you learn?
🔴1. BLOCK - Identifying the opportunity (Who?): Master the key tools of empathy - uncover the real "pain points" of your ideal customer, create an accurate Persona and define the problem to find innovative solutions.
🔴2. BLOK - Basics of Innovation (Why?): Understand why Design Thinking is the most effective approach for solving complex problems. Learn Ideation techniques (such as 6-3-5 Brainstorming) and rules to help you generate dozens of creative ideas.
🔴3. BLOCK - Creation and verification of the solution (What?): Go from idea to action. You will learn methods of quick and cheap prototyping (paper models, scenes) and how to test your solutions on potential customers with minimal costs.
🔴4. BLOK - Implementation in business (How?): Introduce Design Thinking as a daily practice. Find out how to transform a successful prototype into a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and create a concrete action plan for long-term innovation in your business.
👉Why come?
🔴16 hours of practical exercises: No boring lectures. You will work on your own project and take home a ready-made, tested solution.
🔴Reduction of risk: Stop investing time and money in ideas that nobody wants.
🔴Complete toolkit: You will get templates and techniques that you can immediately use for any challenge in your company.
👩🏫Lecturer: Mgr. Alexandra Guttmann – experienced project and product manager, lecturer and facilitator of soft skills.
