About event
A topic that has been hanging in the air for a long time.
** What is the transition from the designer to the role of leader? ** What changes and what remains?
And how to know that the moment just came?
At the April design Tour we will finally talk about it openly.
Together with 🎤 ** @[Honza Murin] (https://www.linkedin.com/in/murinjan/?locale=en_cz) ** and ** [Sašou Rožcová] (https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexandroscova/) ** from @** [alma CAREER] (https://www.almacareer.com/cz)
🧠 What do you have to switch in your head when you stop "doing design" and ** are you starting to lead people **?
🤝 ** How to support colleagues ** who are ever more experienced than you?
⚖️ How to navigate in a new role, where it is no longer just about design, but ** about people, processes and strategic decisions **?
You can look forward to sincere stories, specific fuckups and moments when it "sat". And for a panel discussion about what to be a design in today's world - and why this role needs much more than just senior skills.
Moderate: @** [Michal Strnadel] (https://www.linkedin.com/in/michal-strnadel/) **
