About event
Face-to-face seminar as well as the possibility of online participation.
When designing, building and operating children's and sports playgrounds in public spaces, emphasis should be placed on space for children to play in a safe environment without unexpected obstacles that could result in injuries or other health risks. On the other hand, playgrounds should support children's creativity, development of motor skills and imagination. Among the operators of public children's and sports playgrounds, not only in public spaces, there are cities and municipalities, school facilities, physical education units, recreational facilities, shopping centers, restaurants, private housing units, gas stations, etc. The largest number of children's playgrounds can be found in the public gardens of cities and towns. The aim of the seminar and webinar is to offer new perspectives on the given issue from more angles than only from the point of view of security. In addition to the construction and maintenance of furniture playgrounds, we also want to present other types of author's projects and show examples from practice how to involve children in the preparation of projects as future users. We will address applicable regulations, hygiene or health risks that may be present on the playgrounds.
