Deutsche Identität & Macht - Somatische Explorationen & Aufstellungen

German identity & power
- Somatic explorations & lists -

to make a research weekend for our relationship, how it was shaped by German history and now lives in us.

Time is ripe. dare.
We feel the longing for cultural change, which appreciates the life of everyone and see the overwhelming complexity of life in postmodern neoliberalism.
.
.
We guess the potential of healthy national identities that give stability without excluding security and thus being open to social change, which in this global crisis is.

Time to do with body & soul!

not to find solutions, but to ask questions that move us. For the new that can arise here & now.
.
content:

This weekend we want to come together to further work up the abuse of power of our German ancestors and to clarify its influence on our lives.

Bodies.
.
. Questions that we will be researched:

→ What is available for us/feel in the context of German history & power (abuse)?

→ What does we need today? All?

With these research questions we go into collective lists and somatic explorations.
We explore embodied conditions of power (fields) & their absence.

How does it feel to meet in power? To hand it over, to keep them, to use them ...
.
.
For whom is this seminar? We keep the room trauma-informed, as well as body and resource-oriented. Nevertheless, it is important that you already have essential knowledge of your nervous system, intensity &
self-regulation.

This seminar is
→ a systemic-somatic research field
→ body and experience-oriented
→ mystical contact with the nature of power
→ a heart service for cultural change

Seminar is not
𝐱 patriotic or nationalistically oriented
𝐱 at Akuter PTBS or in a phase of emotional-mental instability
𝐱 For intellectuals, philosophical exchange about history & politics
.
A few words:

is not an easy word in German. Too much depends on what should not happen again ... In the essence, power is an ability to act and therefore absolutely essential for the change to which we want to contribute. We:

Josepha Sophia:
Cultural anthropologist, mystic & somaticer with background in
Gestalt therapy & Somatic Experiencing (trauma therapy according to P.Levine).

The history of the German part of my family is painfully deeply interwoven with Nazi-Germany. For a few years, like my mother, I did ancestral work to put the guilt & shame in my line & peace into my system.
I freed my love for this spot earth & embedded in healthy, cosmopolitan values.
Well, together with Jesslyn, actively contributing to the processing of German past, a longing that has been moving for years. To accompany you through somatic explorations this weekend & to make the frame as nervous system-friendly as possible.
Through my psychosomatic pelvic work with women, I know the immense transformation potential of our bodily wisdom & understood the intensity of the topics to navigate sexual & abuse with adequate sensitivity.

as the daughter of a German, Christian mother and an American-Jüdische Father Strong feeling of emotion to the events of World War II and the complexity of its effects on people.
Over the past 20 years I have felt a lot and transformed in relation to the pain of my Jewish ancestors.
For 10 years I have been feeling a strong longing and a clear mission to turn to the topic of German identity. I long for a healthy, national identity, a feeling of being embedded in a coherent, value-oriented culture, and being tied to the energy of the country here in Germany.
Is that possible? And if so, how?

with a lot of fire in the stomach, a lot of gratitude and a healthy portion of awe, I look at this weekend together. I am delighted to know Josepha at my side and immerse yourself in this research field with her and you. href = "https://www.soulseeds.life/"> https://www.soulseeds.life/ .
