DeWolff / De Oosterpoort

DeWolff is a young Hammond/guitar/drums trio from the Netherlands that creates an explosive mix of electrified southern blues rock with a touch of soul and psychedelic elements. They are among the fiercest, most energetic, seasoned and virtuoso musicians and have been playing together for half their lives. Now, still in their mid-twenties, they have already released 9 studio albums (7 of which reached the Dutch Top 20). In 2019, the band won an Edison Award for 'Best Rock' and in 2020 they received a Buma Award for 'Best Sync'. Last May, DeWolff flew to Alabama to perform their 10th studio album to be recorded in 2 legendary studios: FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio. Greats such as Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, the Rolling Stones and hundreds of other musical heroes previously recorded their albums here. The new album will be released on December 7 during their own festival DeWolffest and can be heard live in De Oosterpoort on January 4!
