About event
Celebrate with us the Day of the Dead
In collaboration with The Artist José Montes Nicolás, we invite you to live a unique experience full of tradition, culture and color.
“Mexico, Art and Fragments of the Eternal” emerges as a sacred proclamation. In the work of José Montes Nicolá, color becomes revelation and matter becomes testimony. His creations are not limited to showing, but consecrate moments where the ephemeral opens towards the immortal. Each stroke is a relic, each forms a vestige that links the root with the infinite. Mexico does not present itself as a nation, but as a transcendent heartbeat: a territory of symbols that summons mystery and invites us to cross, through art, the thresholds of the eternal.
Muerteada – Mexican Banquet 🌼
• Red Pozole
The king of the party. Steaming broth with nixtamalized corn, chili and tender meat, accompanied by radishes, onion, oregano, lemon and crispy toast.
• Mole tamale
Wrapped in corn leaf, stuffed with chicken bathed in dark, thick mole, with that touch of cocoa and chili that tastes of tradition.
• Oysters with ash chili
Fresh from the sea, served with dried chili ash that stings and caresses, a daring bite to raise the living... and tempt the dead.
• Bread of the dead
Soft sweet, scented with orange blossom, sprinkled with sugar, made to accompany the evening and share in the offering.
• Chocolate metate
Thick, hot, with foam, as the grandmothers prepared it in the mill; perfect companion for bread and memories.
