Diagnóza: Slam!

Slam for mental health. are you ok And could we see it?

No time has been, is and will not be ideal – each has its own challenges. Now it seems that almost everyone is overwhelmed, overworked and not sleeping well. "Thanks" to covid, the war in Ukraine or the economic crisis, everyone knows what psychological problems are and that those fluctuations are not very pleasant. But what is the line between mental health and mental illness?

Visitors can come to the Cross on January 7 at 7:00 pm for a slam/debate/concert. After the most psychologically demanding time of the year (yes, there is research on that), after Christmas and New Year's Eve, visitors can relax, have fun, and take some inspiration into the new year on how to be more at ease. Just don't overdo it, and don't be too cool, that could annoy other people. Hosted by Anatol Svahilec.
