About event
are you ok And could we see it?!
No time has been, is and will not be ideal – each has its own challenges. Now it seems that almost all of us are overwhelmed, overworked and sleep deprived. "Thanks" to Covid, the war in Ukraine or the economic crisis, we all know what psychological problems are and that those fluctuations are not very pleasant. But what is the boundary between mental health and mental illness?
Come to Cross 7.1. at 19:00 for a slam / debate / concert. After the most psychologically demanding time of the year (yes, there is research on that), after Christmas and New Year's Eve, you can relax, have fun, and take some inspiration into the new year on how to be more at ease. Just don't overdo it, don't be too cool, that could annoy other people.
