Please accept our cordial invitation to the last outing of Diana Paun's residency this year, entitled "Everything is true nothing is false, everything is false nothing is true", which will take place on Sunday 1/12/2024 .
During her residency, Diana Paun devoted herself to researching media narratives related to disinformation in the Czech Republic and analyzed their far-reaching influence on daily life and social dynamics. She explored the mechanisms through which these narratives spread from one social bubble to another, highlighting the complexity of this process in a fragmented media landscape. She also focused on the cognitive and emotional challenges of fact-checking, recognizing reliable information, and selecting content that resonates with personal values and beliefs in a deluge of information that is often confusing and misleading.
