About event

There is an untold story behind Berlin's world-famous landmarks. This tour reveals a little-known historical chapter of the Berlin Wall and the East-West conflict, which is closely linked to German-Persian relations.

You will hear the moving stories of Persian artists who lived in East and West Germany. Their artworks, which can be found in the footsteps of the Berlin Wall, and their personal stories reflect the universal themes of separation and reunification.
We highlight important historical turning points, such as the Shah's visit in 1967, which shaped not only German-Persian relations but also the German student movement. This tour offers a unique perspective on the complex human and political connections in one of the most exciting eras of the 20th century.
