Do you love a photo and want to discover other techniques than those you are used to? 📷
»We invite people of all levels of skills to this practical workshop to get acquainted with the art of composition, work with light, long exposure and alternative print techniques such as photograms and cyanotyping. Every day we will work in the evening and evening, with a few exceptional summer nights under the open sky. Moonlight, magnesium sticks and the country itself will become our tools when we create a land art photo, photograms and use the body as a live element in the shot.
»Work with light, composition and long exposure. We invite people from 15 to 99 years of age curious about the photo regardless of previous experience. The workshop can also be interesting for high school and university student, LGBTQi+ community, local artists and artists, alternative community, people from neighborhood communities, but also for seniors and seniors who are interested in photography. We will be happy to adapt the program and teaching to the individual needs of the participants. Knowledge of the English language is welcome, but not necessary. In general, however, we will work as follows:
Friday 1. August 2025 - 16:00 - 21:00 Joint meeting of all lecturers and participants of workshops and dating players
Saturday and Sunday 2. Exhibition and celebration, about 16:00 to 21:00
Who are the workshop lecturers? 📍
Gabriela Zigová and Inga Ivanova are multidisciplinary artists working with photography, video and performance. Gabriela comes from Trenčín, but currently operates in London and Bratislava. Inga Ivanova visits us from Berlin, where, in addition to his own artistic activities, he also leads an independent artistic space.
