Dierendag-Demo + Vegan Taalcafé @Dam Square - Amsterdam

"**Say NO to the livestock industry too!**

Every day, piglet tails are burned off, chickens are crammed together and newborn calves are torn away from their mothers. **The livestock industry strips animals of everything that makes them animals.**

For more than twenty years, politicians have been promising that things will get better. More honest. More precious. But time and time again that promise is broken. Time and again the industry comes out on top. **Hardly anyone hears the animals' voices.** Until now. Just before the elections we take to the streets. On Animal Day. For the millions of animals in the Netherlands who deserve a better life not only then, but every day.

These are our requirements:
**No life imprisonment. Do graze, forage and root outside.**
**No orphaned animals. Well, motherly love.**
**No painful procedures. However, tails and horns.**

We say NO to the livestock industry and YES to an animal-worthy future! You too? Then come to Dam Square in Amsterdam on October 4 and join us. Together we show that things can and should be done differently."
