Infra Slovakia Pedagogical publishing house invites a new webinar with a special pedagogue and university teacher PaedDr. Jana Hrčová, Ph.D.: A child/pupil with a disorder of autism spectrum (PAS) - how to support his motor skills?
Motor skills are among the basic for our daily functioning and manageing normal activities. In children and pupils with a passport, difficulties in the motor area are often present, and they are then reflected in other areas of life and functioning of the child, not just physical activities. They can affect his ability to learn at school, readiness for school or even behavior. We will focus on the possibilities of developing individual components of motor skills, examples of aids or activities that can be used. We will not only stay with gross motor skills, fine motor skills or graphomotorics, we look a little deeper even other motor skills and ways to develop them. We will also touch how not to create a dislike and resistance to physical activities, or to such activities related to motor skills. How can I develop individual areas of motor skills so that the child wants to do the activities? Why is that? How can I help?

Jana Hrcova, Ph.D. She graduated from the Department of Special Pedagogy at Masaryk University in Brno, where she completed her master's and doctoral studies. He works as a university associate professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Special Pedagogy of the Faculty of Education in Ružomberok. He focuses on the issue of education and support of individuals with multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, special education diagnostics and selected multisensory approach such as Snoezelen and sensory integration. He has been working at a special elementary school in Ružomberok for a long time. He is currently engaged in intervention based on sensory integration, sensory strategies, the Snoezelen method, the diagnosis of sensory (DYS) function, consultations in children of early and preschool and school age with autism spectrum disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, delayed and uneven developmental. He is a guarantor of the 3Lobit civic association.
