The girl from the bottom of the sea, based on the book of the same name by Jana Bodnárová, will be performed on March 11 in a single reprise.

The production tells the story of Ley, who through experimental therapy and escaping into her own imaginary underwater world comes to terms with her childhood memories.


ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE:
My life began in the Precambrian sea before 5.9 billion years. The ancient fish taught me to survive in the water, so I went to live with them in the depths of the oceans. When I was in the depths of the ocean, there was free space inside me. Do you have free space in yourself? At least as tiny as a Kinder egg. But empty. There must be nothing there. And it is in that NOTHING, in that void that you are. I advise you. Keep this place within you. This empty. Silence. This center you. Because you will get lost. Get lost! Like a child in the black forest. You will be looking for yourself again for a long time. Tearing up. To burn. They will bite you. Like a chocolate bar...
