We would like to invite you to the DIGI event. We develop pupils' competencies with AI chatbots and VR.
Who is the program intended for:
ICT coordinators, SVP coordinators, PPP teaching staff, 2nd grade primary school teachers, gymnasium teachers , lower level grammar school teachers, SOŠ and SOU teachers, secondary school teachers
Description of the program:
DIGIakce motivates participants to the meaningful use of digital technologies (mainly AI, chatbots) in teaching across subjects and to the development of digital competences in pupils. Part of the event is dedicated to the development of students' IT thinking using a free tool for creating your own chatbot (EDU AI assistant). We will also look at the available support for teaching VR and 3D from Hl. m. of Prague.
The aim of the event is to create a space for the exchange of ideas and best practices between educators. We recommend the DIGI event for teachers who have already participated in an introduction to generative AI.
Time schedule:
14:00 Introductory presentation, ICT and AI at the schools of Digiakce participants (15 minutes, Dědič)
14:15 Development of digital and expressive competences with EDU AI assistant (15 min, Dědič)
14:30 Generation of preparations and lessons using AI (Bing, ChatGPT, Claude) (15 min, Chochlovský)
14:45 Demonstration of editing lessons from the Faculty of Education, sharing with pupils or parents (10 min, Dědič)
14:55 Break
15:00 HW Lab support in teaching AI, VR, 3D (15 min, Hudeček)
15:15 Discussion on the use of AI in school, input from school representatives, NPI offer (45 min, Dědič, Hudeček, Chochlovský)
DIGI actions are a joint activity of the NPO3.1 DIGI project (https://digitalizace.rvp.cz/) in the NPI CR and external entities/school facilities, which at their event enable the sharing of experiences of several schools and bring interesting inspiration in the field of digital education. The guarantor of the content of the DIGI event is the guest organization/organizer (EDU-AI o.p.s.), the NPI CR monitors and supports the successful course of the event in the pilot mode, all lecturers and participants of the event are offered follow-up cooperation. The ongoing call for DIGI actions is open to all schools and school facilities, follow the website https://digitalizace.rvp.cz/digiakce.
