A mobile phone as a quick rescue in a restaurant? A bedtime story? "After all, it's an educational application..."
Technology is now a part of the lives of even the smallest children. But how do you know what is still OK and where the problem is already starting?
We invite you to a seminar for parents of children from 0 to 6 years old, where together we will answer questions that almost every parent solves at home:
📺 How to choose suitable fairy tales and applications?
💤 How does blue light affect children's sleep?
⏳ How much screen time is healthy?
🧠 How does technology affect children's development and psyche?
🌿 How to support children's healthy relationship with technology from an early age?
Lecturer Mgr. Zdeňka Černá will present current research on the influence of digital technologies on children's development and offer practical tips for everyday life. The seminar will also include space for your questions and sharing experiences.
Mgr. Zdeňka Černá has been dedicated to the topic for more than 10 years and, as part of the Slowtech Institute initiative, holds lectures for parents and workshops for schools.
