About event
Who has the right to home, memory and safety?
A performative walk, a film projection and a final meeting with a warm drink connect the history of migration to Prague and subsequent removals and escapes from Prague with today's reality, when we feel fear, guard the borders and sometimes show insufficient solidarity.
The work uses historical sources, George Orwell's essays and memories of creators. Jews, Germans, Ukrainians, Palestinians, Czechs and Moravians. Who is at home here and why?
Concept and realization: Lenka Dombrovská and Jan Motal
Performers: Johana Schmidtmajerová, Fedir Kis, Yasar Abu Ghosh and Jakub Jelínek
