the power course that takes you from zero to the dance floor!

Do you love music, want to dance, but think you have two left feet?
We'll prove that to you in just 180 minutes Opposite!
This three-hour experience is specially designed for you if you have no prior knowledge and want to get started straight away.
What to expect:
• The turbo start in step 4:
We focus on the dynamic Discofox in step 4 (step-step-tip-tip).
This rhythm is the perfect foundation for all turns and Figures that make Discofox so exciting.
• No prior knowledge, no problem:
We start in a relaxed manner with the basics. We break the step down into its individual parts and rebuild it together until it becomes second nature to you.
• Immediate success:
After these three intensive hours, you will be able to confidently master the basic step and dance a selection of the first, simple figures. You can apply what you have learned in the same evening!
• Alone or as a couple:
No matter whether you register with or without a permanent partner - by changing partners regularly during the course, you will learn to adapt to different dance partners.
The main thing is that you bring a good mood and energy!

What is Discofox?
The Discofox is the absolute all-rounder among couple dances and is one of the most popular ballroom dances in Germany.
It was created in the 1970s when dancers combined elements from the classic foxtrot with the free movements of disco dance.
That's what makes the Discofox so especially:
1. Musical versatility:
The Discofox fits almost any music that has a clear 4/4 beat.
Whether current charts, pop, dance, Eurodance, disco classics or hits - with the Discofox you can dance to 90% of the music at a party.
2. Compactness:
It is ideal for crowded dance floors as it hardly takes up any space. The movements are compact and the figures often use rotations in which the partners "wrap" around each other.
3. Easy to learn:
The basic step is rhythmically easy to grasp. For this boot camp we use the 4-step, which consists of four quick steps on two beats and enables dynamic dancing and an easy start to the turns.
