The protection of human rights for LGBT+ people in Slovakia has really deteriorated, hatred of them in society is growing threateningly. We are witnessing efforts to fatal changes in the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, which would mean an unprecedented human rights attack, not only LGBT+ communities in the event of acceptance. The worsening of the situation of LGBT+ people in Slovakia is also documented by the current survey of the ILGA-EUROPE international human rights organization, according to which the attacks on LGBT+ minority and their rights to rise not only in Slovakia but throughout Europe. According to the latest Ilga survey, Slovakia is again two rungs lower than in the past, in the 33rd place, which is completely on the tail of the ranking.
