About event
An exerciser, a parkourist, a capoeirista and an IT geek will enter the bookstore. This is not the beginning of a joke, but the beginning of our planned debate about movement, connected with the launch of my book Hybaj! (https://www.slovart.sk/knihy -v-slovencine-a-cestine/literatura-faktu/hybaj.html?page_id=257519)
Experienced coaches and exercise practitioners will discuss:
- Marián Černý - < a href="https://www.instagram.com/pohybovec/">https://www.instagram.com/pohybovec/
- Patrik Horváth - https://www.instagram.com/horvathpat7/
- Tomáš "Latino" Vu Thanh - https://www.instagram.com/latinocapoeira88/
In addition to the topics I write about in the book, you will learn more about how:< br/>- you can move every day, with a minimum of aids, even in addition to a full-time job and a family
- lead your children to exercise and what is the situation in Slovakia regarding their possibilities today
- the community in which where we are, the amount of movement we have in our lives
- and much more.
If you are interested in these topics, be sure to join us on 5.11. (Tuesday) in person at Panta Rhei Aupark Bratislava.
For those who do not have this opportunity, we will broadcast this event as a live-stream on YouTube (the link will be added to this event on the day of the event) and you will have the opportunity to ask questions of the discussants using Sli.do, either from home or on location (code "Hybaj").
We look forward to seeing you and if you want these topics to reach as many people as possible, SHARE this event and the posts on to your circle of friends :)
