🌿 Come and learn more about why, how and where the towns and municipalities can declare a municipal protected area in their cadastre.

🌳 In this way, local communities can protect rivers, but also other interesting places with cultural, scientific, ecological, aesthetic or landscape -forming meaning. What are the conditions of protection here and how they differ from the "traditional" territories, such as the reservation or territory falling under the Natura 2000 network? Do they have to respect investors or residents?
🦆 You will also learn how the locals are satisfied with the existing municipal protected area Beňadic Alúivum Hron, as well as another area prepared in the section around Šášovský Podhradie.
