Over the last days, another unauthorized building is growing up in the area of the Old Boulevard (on a private land behind the stop). Imitation of the wooden house is contrary to the territorial plan and the Building Act. Without permits from the city and the relevant fields.
We have reached an unsolvable state. The owner still intends to build small sales space on the parts of the plot, plus a café. However, this is contrary to the zoning plan of the zone, which has been changed a few years ago, as well as this idea encounters the resentment of the inhabitants. The city will again attack the illegal location of the building, as well as it has already done in the opposite corner on the plot. We have months/years of dispute proceedings. In addition, at a time when the summer is replaced by all surfaces, the greenery treatment, the old boulevard will be in a new dress. So it is to the space of a private land that will hybrid it all the more.
We are in a stalemate. Do we want to listen to your opinion and ask you how to deal with this issue? Should we try to rent the land, and the owner's requirements are outside the financial possibilities of the city? Or should we consider changing the zoning plan of the zone?
Together with parliamentary colleagues for our district Ľudmila Chodelková and Zuzana Balogová we invite you to a joint discussion. It will take place on Thursday - 20 March 2025 from 5 pm. in a small meeting room at the municipal office. We will also try to ensure the participation of the relevant persons, as well as a representative from the Chief Architect.
